In a heartfelt performance, Jennifer Jill Araya delivers an easygoing romance for a wide audience. Scout and Lane had a whirlwind marriage, but now they've separated. These days Scout is focusing on her career as an agent for pet models, and she needs Lane's dog to replace one of her clients' for a project. Araya excels at delivering distinct voices and personalities for all the characters. Her delivery of dialogue is light, humorous, and authentic amid the resumption of the failed relationship, which leads to familiar bickering and then to the discovery of how to fall in love again.
