He's the one who arrested her as a teenager. Now an adult, Sadie has come back to open a bed-and-breakfast on Eli's ranch. Thayer captures Eli's husky voice and expertly delivers the snappy dialogue between Eli and Sadie. After Sadie's difficult past, Thayer has the listener rooting for a happy ending.
